not work ENDER_EYE latest build 1.21.4

• I tested and couldn't replicate this issue on latest Purpur build

What behaviour is observed?

Does not work on the latest build 1.21.4: ENDER_EYE
I decided to install the latest PurPur 1.21.4 build, everything works on it immediately.
This could not be replicated on the newly generated world world world.
My world was created on PurPur, and also, fully uploaded using Chunky. = 59GB After that, I switched to the Leaf. And this bug appeared.

Technically yes, for now enable this only if you are in a new world. A fix may be implemented
