Per @hi-liang, TODO automation:

Some sane-naming for wlx9c* to wlan0 or something (udevadm??)
Add main startup script to systemd or any other mechanism
Get eth0 to properly be set optional so it doesn't hang for 2 mins on startup
Maybe: hardcode machine names resolution for each static ip (bot1 ..botn to their respective ips)
