Hello, is there any way to remove the top empty banner after the Spotify redesign?

The easiest way would probably be SpotX-Linux, which is essentially just a bash script that patches your Spotify installation similarly (but more comprehensively) to the ones provided in the issue you mentioned.

It also includes patches for audio ads, so using it might even make spotify-adblock unnecessary altogether.
