Various problems with the switch to JSON

I'm starting to panic. I still have 2 weeks to solve the following problems

a) Adding a product to an existing listing
b) Deleting/detaching an item from an existing listing
c) Change the status of an order to shipped + transfer the tracking number/parcel service

What works now is updating the stocks, prices and offers.

There doesn't really seem to be much activity here either, but unfortunately there doesn't seem to be an alternative project that does something similar.

Does nobody make their own connections to Amazon and does everyone use any paid solutions?

I found this example:
Feed Submit for change FULFILLMENT DATA (add tracking number for shipment)

But this expect an XML file, even if i set ContentType.JSON
