Completed Jobs Total Metrics Resetting

We've added a couple panels in Grafana that would visualize the data in the gha_completed_jobs_total metrics. e.g.

sum by (organization) (gha_completed_jobs_total)

This works great until the listener pod(s) are restarted then this metric is reset to 0 throwing off the above query.

Although not strictly related to ARC, I'm curious if any of the Prometheus/Grafana experts could weigh in here with thoughts/suggestions.

Any thoughts around including more panels to the sample dashboard containing usage metrics?
