[BUG] Dependency Review gets stuck if forked .

Describe the bug
We are running the dependency review but it get's stuck if someone try merging the PR for the forked repository .

It gets stuck and end up running the check for couple of days -- which shouldn’t be ideally .

Can you please help us in resolving this or enhance the feature ???

Hi @Shweta4398, thanks for the report. Could you reproduce this in a public fork so I can take a look? I haven't seen this behavior before.
