Change Widget title (Current download speed)

Description

The widget that shows traffic shows upload and download, but it's name only reflects the download portion. Just looks weird.
@Tagaishi had an idea in the image attached. Just needs to be something more generic.

I would think "Torrent Traffic:" or "Usenet Traffic" would look good. Short is also better sometimes to avoid having issues with display and size of dashboard items.

I would also suggest since it is a title, not a sentence, that all words are capitalized? That looks better as well, in my opinion. lol
