Static IP Address for Homarr

I am attempting to set up Homarr using the TrueCharts App on Truenas Scale. When I add a static IP address I am unable to access Homarr from this address. I can use the my truenas ip with the port and access it just fine. Is this possible to assign a static IP?

Sorry we didn't reply earlier, I am not sure what you mean by static IP as I don't use truenas
