Add the function to set default "localhost" used in "Add to Homarr"

Description

1. Don't include the "/" in the name. The "/" is annoying and prevent Homarr from fetching the icon correctly.
2. Allow user to set the localhost's address separately like Portainer does. So that users don't need to change the address every time they want to add a service to Homarr.
