Board Management for User

Description

I think it would be useful if I can manage the boards for regular users.

For example, you can create an administration board and then make it available to the admin accounts.

Normal users can get a normal board, which they cannot change and therefore cannot gain access to the administration board.

And in the settings where you can edit the user, I think it would be cool if there was a switch that you could use to say whether the user can change their board or not
