Some changes to the Dash. (Dashdot) widget

Description

Hello, I will describe what are the changes that I think will improve it, if it's possible to implement.

Widget Title (duplicate #863)
As it's right now, the default title for all the widgets is: "Dash.". Not possible to change it for something more descriptive.

The ideas I can think on:

• Allow Homarr to retrieve the content of the 'DASHDOT_CUSTOM_HOST' Dash's variable that stores the custom name (if set).
• Allow us to configure it separately within Homarr itself.

I would like something like this:

Memory Information (text)
Currently, only RAM displays complete information about usage, in: percentage (%) and binary (GiB/TiB...). But, for storage it only shows the current percentage (%).

I would like something like this:

Network Information
By default and regardless of the number of columns configured for this specific graph, it shows both upload/download speeds, one next to the other.

I would like it to be shown one below the other, when we configure numbers of columns: 1.

Wanted to add on to this as I don't believe this would warrant a whole other issue to be made:
We have the ability to see dashdots tested up/down speeds, which is seen by selecting the "Show as text" option in the Homarr widget for networks.
However, when we use the expanded graph version, we don't see the results of these tests, only the live interface traffic. Being able to see both of these at the same time would be a great feature if at all possible (I'm aware these are iframes, so unsure of stylistic approaches).
