The need to edit a big text field for editing presets feels a bit odd. Also on mobile it's almost impossible to do this without problems.
Maybe there could be some kind of plus-button with which the current entered text in the record edit box would be added / appended as a preset?
Not sure how, but in a similar way it would be nice-to-have if presets could be deleted or edited this way. But no clue, how this could happen with just the text field from the edit box.

Another thing which is maybe a bit related to this (like there could be a proper preset editor in general): when renaming existing tags, they do not get updated in the presets. Did not look in the code so far, yet I guess the presets are only a text and not items / objects like the tags are be probably, right?
