So far I have found a workaround. I simply added the necessary local addresses to the ignoring group of links in the settings for separate site tunneling.
For me this is enough to have access to my local servers.

Would still be good to have this implemented to allow typical inbound connections (e.g. network discovery, smb protocol, etc).
Currently the computer running Amnezia client is pretty much not accessible from other local computers.
