Sidebar is pinned to the bottom #39

I don't know why, but even though I have set the autoresize parameters to not do this, whenever the window is resized, the sidebar doesn't stay at the top, it stays at the bottom.

I have few simillar problem, when IB doesn't do what i expect.
I failed to change frame of glView that was set as a documentView of
NSScrollView
NSMenuItem state can be set to NSOnState in IB, so i'll did it manually
in code.

Probably it's a simillar bug of IB/AppKit and you need to feed from
another source ;)
I mean use something different, or manually hack the problem somehow.
I'll take a look at new GUI after finishing with 0.1 release.

This bug is currently in develop branch only with new GUI - so assigning it to 0.2 milestone
