之前考虑过增加文件和视频的上传组件 #4486，不过短期内应该不会增加了，可以先自己在业务项目中实现

我自己实现了一个 upload 组件，支持并发控制，但可能不适合所有业务，你可以根据自己的业务进行简单修改后使用。
