What is this feature about?

开发中经常会需要国家/联系人选择组件，数据比较长，但是用 Picker 和 Cascader 都不支持搜索和分组（按拼音或区域），交互效率很低。

希望能提供一个类似微信联系人选择的组件，支持分组，支持搜索。
