Looks like you've some problem with database date missing timezone. No idea where it could be from - likely your modificatoins were not as innocent as you thought.

My suggestion: start from scratch, use clean DB, install latest airflow. And attempt to do whatever customizations you've done one-by-one checking if thngs still work after every change.
