Describe the bug

Accessed from a static page in /tags return 404

To Reproduce

  1. Disable JavaScript
  2. Go to '/tags'
  3. See error: Unfortunately, this page doesn't exist.

Expected behavior

This page needs to have a static page for better SEO.

  • Browser and version: Chrome
  • Version: v1.4.0
