Expected behavior

$ pip install apache-tvm
success

Actual behavior

$ pip install apache-tvm
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement apache-tvm (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for apache-tvm

Environment

• windows
  13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1345U 1.60 GHz
• python
  I have tried 3.9.19, 3.10.14, and 3.12.4, but no one worked.
