Not able to install open3d library in python version 3.10.12.

I'm not able to install the open3d version in the environment where I have installed the ml-hugs setup. I think it has something to do with the python version 3.10.12. When i tried with lower version such 3.9, 3.8 or 3.7, I'm able to install the open3d. However, in the lower version of python, I'm facing issue in installing the diff_gaussian_rasterization. Can anyone help me in finding a way-around to install the Open3D.
