1.4.1 retagged? #221

Could 1.4.1 have been inadvertently retagged?

I am seeing this error:

Revision 3a1b4a8e05a219c47efe85a120ec4e7ecd2071ca for swift-system remoteSourceControl https://github.com/apple/swift-system.git version 1.4.1 does not match previously recorded value c8a44d836fe7913603e246acab7c528c2e780168

Pinning the import to the exact 1.4.0 is our only workaround at the moment.

3a1b4a8 is the correct revision for 1.4.1; sorry for the mistake.
1.4.2 was published earlier today, and it's correctly tagged.
