Table output has no color in new version

Description

In the previous version, table output was colorful, from 0.44.0 there are no colors.

Desired Behavior

Table should have colors

Actual Behavior

Table output is not colored

Reproduction Steps

1. Old, working version: `docker run -it aquasec/trivy:0.43.1 image alpine:3.10.9`
2. New, uncolored version: `docker run -it aquasec/trivy:0.44.0 image alpine:3.10.9`
