makeExecutableSchema with Node12 and Typescript

The v8.0.1 release of @graphql-tools/schema introduced a requirement for es2021.promise.

This meant for myself on Node v12 it had to be included in the Lib section of the tsconfig.

TypeScript needs to be 4.3.0 and above in order to support es2021 - See this link
