Inworld implementation

I'm not sure if Inworld is necessary, but having the AI see the streamer's screen and comment based on its personality would be awesome, like Streamlabs' new AI co-host.

I'd also love to run it locally using my RTX 5090's AI cores.

Oh, and can it already read donations, subs, and tips? I'm making my first VTuber model just to be my co-host.
