Populate CRDs with additional metadata

Argo Events CRDs use the generic object type for many top-level properties, instead of defining the full set of nested properties. In addition, the CRDs are missing descriptions for their properties. This makes programmatic object validation more challenging, and lessens the usefulness of kubectl explain.

Argo Events CRDs should be updated to include well-defined nested properties and descriptions.
