And do whatever is needed to get it to work with the current API

Remove all references toJDOMExternalizable, InvalidDataException, DefaultJDOMExternalizer and replace implementations of JDOMExternalizable with implementations of com.intellij.openapi.components.PersistentStateComponent<T> and references to com.intellij.openapi.components.PersistentStateComponent<T> with equivalent use of com.intellij.util.xmlb XmlSerializer
