IDE fault reported after creating a new workspace

Here's the steps I took

• Install plugin
• Create new workspace
• Unselected one file from the current file list
• Created workspace

Then I saw the red widget indicating the IDE fault.

Should be called at least in the state COMPONENTS_LOADED, the current state is: CONFIGURATION_STORE_INITIALIZED

BTW, the referenced project page still has Chris Bartley's email on it.
He is no longer working on this.

... I had no idea Workspaces was even still around. I wrote the first version in 2002 and I haven't touched it since 2003 (v0.12).
