Works fine on Raspbian @artis3n .
Just one point, according to Tailscale documentation :

Add Tailscale’s package signing key and repository

curl -fsSL https://pkgs.tailscale.com/stable/raspbian/buster.gpg | sudo apt-key add -
curl -fsSL https://pkgs.tailscale.com/stable/raspbian/buster.list | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/tailscale.list

With your role i've got on my Pi:

> cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pkgs_tailscale_com_stable_debian.list 
deb https://pkgs.tailscale.com/stable/debian buster main

I'd like to get a docker image in the CI framework with Raspbian. I'd say right now there's accidental support through the debian steps.
