Cannot edit continuous deploys feature for branch

Describe the bug

There is a bug with the Continuous deploys setup with backend feature, where selecting Edit redirects to the deployments page.

Reproduction steps

• Create or select an existing Gen 1 app.
• On the Overview pane, select Edit for a branch
  
• You are redirected to branch deployments page
