Is your feature request related to a problem?
I'd like to use the ACM controller to directly export certs from cert-manager (as a kubernetes.io/tls secret) to ACM

Describe the solution you'd like
Continuing the integration built in #2043, but supporting kubernetes.io/tls secrets rather than just Opaque secrets

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've built my own Kubernetes controller to convert specific kubernetes.io/tls secrets to Opaque secrets
