Best practices for multiple Code Pipeline using CDK Pipeleines

I want to create 3 deployment pipelines for step functions using CDK Pipelines.

• Pipeline for production environment . Executed when pushing a tag to git.
• Pipeline for demo environment with same code with production. It will be released immediately after the production release. Execute batch only once after release
• Pipeline for test environment. It will be released and tested when it is merged into develop.
  I looked at the documentation and couldn't find any best practices for handling multiple pipelines. thank you.

We do it similar to this:

In our pipelines, it allows us to have different actions for dev/prod with these:

cdk deploy --stackName MyDevStack
cdk deploy --stackName MyProdStack
