Describe the feature

Include openssh-clients in amazon/aws-cli Docker image

Use Case

The command:

aws ec2-instance-connect ssh

doesn't work with the image amazon/aws-cli. It gives the error:

SSH not available

Thanks for the feature request. The team has some concerns about adding another dependency and further bloating the image, but we acknowledge the use case involving this customization. Will continue to track this here for now and others can add a 👍 to your post in also interested in this.

@tim-finnigan Is it bloat when the thing you are adding is required in order to make aws-cli working?

Basically aws ec2-instance-connect ssh is just not usable with your image.
