Problem

When Amazon Q generates a small fix for something you requested, it sometimes generated a part of the function and sometimes the full generated function you will never know what you will get.

If you request to send the full function, you can get multiple kinds of replys : 1) the full fixed function you are requested, 2) still a part of the function 3) completely different self created funtion not related to function, with totally different variables 4) a error that it's not was Amazon Q is requesting

If you ask set that Amazon Q should only sent full reply's, Amazon Q does it for about 2 reply's and then it reverts back to old behavior, or starts generating completly different functions, not related to the original content

Expected behavior

If would set Only full reply's as chat command "please only generated full function" I expect to this be saved as preference during the chat and all future chat, until I disable this.

The reason for requesting full reply's is that you don't want copy pasting part into excisting reply, id woud like a comment added "fix xxx is located here.
