Describe the bug
Installation error while on the first step of the tutorial using Studio Lab (https://github.com/aws/studio-lab-examples/blob/main/connect-to-aws/Access_AWS_from_Studio_Lab_Deployment.ipynb)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Studio Lab terminal
Open Jupyter Notebook
run cell with: %pip install transformers==4.12
See error

Expected behavior
Installation of transformers package

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Studio Lab (Linux)
Browser: chrome
