Resource handler returned message: "Specified ReservedConcurrentExecutions for function decreases account's UnreservedConcurrentExecution below its minimum value of [50]. (Service: Lambda, Status Code: 400, Request ID: b26c3792-2b8b-4077-bcc1-262012e3be87)" (RequestToken: 0800020a-8ad8-8f92-0134-5e8c54643977, HandlerErrorCode: InvalidRequest)

This error is being encountered whenever the given cloudformation script is being deployed.

To Reproduce: Follow the Readme Installation steps to deploy the existing cloudformation stack available.
