Maybe introduce some kind of index

People have suggested they might like to see an index, whilst this is a nice idea, it is worth considering:

• If content is indexed it can be found, so trash would become discoverable
• There are already nice projects that index shards and do so nicely: http://crystalshards.xyz/

With regards to this issue specifically, I couldn't tell if you were both saying there should be an index, or if instead I should seek to find integration with crystalshards.xyz, can you clarify?

Spoke too soon, didn't consider that building docs would literally execute code. While it's just a docs website and cloudflare would serve a cache, I'm not sure it's worth switching to new codebase now.
