Missing PDF documentation and link to this repository on the CTAN #3

On the https://ctan.org/pkg/footmisx page, there is no link to this repository:

Compare with https://ctan.org/pkg/pax, another package from you (with a lot of links to the GitHub repository):

Moreover, the CTAN page doesn't have a link to the PDF manual (perhaps because you have upload only .dtx and .ins files ?). Can you add the manual showed here (https://github.com/bastien-roucaries/footmisx/blob/master/footmisx.pdf) to the CTAN page?

But before that, as I see that you havent't fixed the issue #2, perhaps you can also fix #2 when you update the CTAN page? Thanks.
