Hello. In ru lang. version - Content menu. anchor is #Модификатор
https://ru.bem.info/methodology/quick-start/#содержание
https://ru.bem.info/methodology/quick-start/#модификатор
but its id is 'модификатор'. and its no redirects on anchor.
Solution is - #Модификатор to lower case.
