Hi,

I have a question regarding the positional adjustment of input dicom files.
Does autopipeline make the dicom files into the constant position for all files?
For example, some might be from head-to-toe, and others might be toe-to-head. In this case does it automatically allign all of the files into one position?

Currently, it doesn't explicitly use any functions for alignment/positioning. This should probably be 1. tested on a heterogeneous dataset, and 2. added as a feature.

position crawling was added around version 1.5, but this isn't currently incorporated into AutoPipeline.
