We need bulk upload functionality of physicals into a container - preferably with a csv file.

Example CSV file:
Name, Description, Sequence
GFP, a cool protein, ATGTAA
BFP, a cooler protein, ATGTAA

A user would be able to upload the example CSV file and it would create 2 physicals in their container - 'GFP' and 'BFP'.
