We've got some feedback, for example #72 which is definitely true. There are N things someone could be interested in here - for me, it's the universal implementations, not necessarily that they're all shipping. It's just a very strong signal that it's time to pay attention to it, it's real, it's 99.99% coming soon.
So, in light of that we probably need a few updates (including changing the name of this file and maybe adding another feed that actually is baseline?)... The easiest step 1 to at least clarify would just be to update some text. We need to figure out what it should say though - I'm not sure if something like this works?
