pixels when opening the window

In Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 I have pixels when opening the window that disappear as soon as the window opens completely
I dont think I have graphics issue, I have Graphics card Sapphire Redden HD 6570 fully support.
The strange thing if I try to make a video of the issue with QuickTime Player pixels are gone same if I try to take a screen shot from the screen.
