Investigate how bad quality videos are being handled by Cockpit in Electron

While recording videos on a very noisy connection (BB Base station with poor connection quality, likely using a low-quality tether as well), the videos stored on the hard drive contained corrupted chunks (unreported by Cockpit), making it impossible to play or even delete them using Cockpit's resources.
