On the Settings/Video menu, the available streams are not being auto updated for deletions

Bug description

If there are two or more streams coming from BlueOS and they are listed in the video configuration menu, deleting one stream should automatically update the configuration page. Alternatively, including a "add" and "Delete" stream buttons would be nice, so the user has more control over what is being listed.

Currently, if a stream is deleted, it remains listed until its entry is removed by resetting the browser's local cache.

Steps to reproduce

• Have two streams available coming from BlueOS;
• Delete one.

This can be confusing for the user, specially if there are more than two streams
