Plugin not working

I am experiencing a few issues with this plugin. According to one user:

"I have tried to get onto the website with the activation link but it will not accept it - says something about unable to activate due to Plug ins"

According to another "the "submit to register" link doesn't work"

When I tried to create a new user using the invite by email feature, I got an email with a link to register, but on clicking the link, at the top of the accept invitation/registration page, it states:

"It looks like you're trying to accept an invitation to join the site, but some information is missing. Please try again by clicking on the link in the invitation email."

I am wondering what I can do to troubleshoot this issue.

I'm not sure about the user reports. The activation link is generated by
BP, not Invite Anyone. And I'm not aware of any message, in BP or
otherwise, that would tell an end user that he was unable to activate
because of plugins.

The error message that you got in your test suggests that the email
address in the URL is not being parsed correctly. Have a look at the URL
to see if the email address is showing up there as expected.

Hi Boone. Thanks for your prompt response. There's no email address in the URL in the link in the invitation email.
