Description

As previously described in #41720, the pinned tabs are now identical to non-pinned tabs.

I have v1.75.175 (Feb 6, 2025) on Windows 10

Steps to reproduce

Switch to vertical tabs
Pin a tab
It will look identical to a non-pinned tab

Actual result

Top tabs in this screenshot are pinned

Expected result

The pinned tab should have a different contrast from the the non-pinned tab
