Unlike for iOS which requires a custom Bluetooth protocol (see brilliantlabsAR/frame-codebase#228) Android notification support is implemented on the application rather than the hardware.

Can probably already be done using a small Lua based notification handler. Or implement an ANCS equivalent server on Android host side
