Bug in drug resistance report where some drug resistance frequency maps are not shown

Issue: New markers_table metadata is not joined with information from GFF. This loss of gene-level information potentially prevents the usage of the table to plot drug-resistance maps accurately.
This issue is therefore not in Report_Layouting, but in AmpSeq processing and the production of the final excel table.
