CreateVerifyIDIntensityContaminationMetricsFile should handle scientific notation #2001

sometimes, VerifyIDIntensity will output values in scientific notation, which breaks CreateVerifyIDIntensityContaminationMetricsFile.

I think it would be easy to fix this, this regex

picard/src/main/java/picard/arrays/CreateVerifyIDIntensityContaminationMetricsFile.java

just needs to be modified to match scientific notation as well
