Context

I'd like to change the theme of #sk_frame (the pop-up you get when changing scroll targets). The theme for this seems to be set in content.css. Other themes defined in here (div.surfingkeys_cursor, div.surfingkeys_selection_mark, etc.) seem to be overridden with api.Hints.style and api.Visual.style. I can't find a way to override #sk_frame though. Is it possible?
